  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    Yes, if a stylist is available to take you! But we highly suggest making an appointment in advance or calling ahead to see if there is availability as our stylists are busy and not always readily available.

  • What is your cancelation policy?

    Cancelation policy for our COMMISION STYLISTS: Please cancel your appointment 12 hours+ in advance to avoid any charges. After 12 hours results in 50% of service charge. A no-call/no-show will result in 100% of service charge. We do request to have your card on file to book an appointment.

    BOOTH RENTERS: Our renters each have a different policies. Please reach out to them about their personal cancelation policy.

  • How can I apply for a receptionist or stylist position?

  • Where should I park at the Hamilton, OH location?

    Our Hamilton, OH location has a free parking lot around the back of the salon. You may enter the salon through the back door or front door!

  • Where should I park at the Northside, OH location?

    Our Northside, OH location has many parking options. There is a paid lot on Blue Rock Street by the Transit Center. There is also meter and free street parking. Please allow extra time for finding parking.

  • What if I don't know exactly what I want to do with my hair?

    That is okay! And also common. We are here to help you figure it out. We highly suggest booking a consultation. It is a free 15 minute service where you and your stylist will discuss any of your hair ideas, questions, and concerns. From there they will set you up with an appointment that will be custom to your needs.

  • Do you have set pricing for your services?

    We do not have set prices. All of our services have a starting price but can go up from there. Our stylists also have different levels of pricing so please discuss with them at the start of your service.

  • Can I bring in food and drinks?

    Sure! Especially if you know you’ll be with us for a while. Please know that counter space is limited. We do offer complimentary water, coffee, hot tea, and wine.

  • Can I show my art work in your gallery?
